Corrugated cardboard fruit ‘n’ veg packaging
Hinged-lid corrugated cardboard packs for avocados are replacing older mixed-material solutions where plastic film covers a cardboard tray.
The new, easy-open packs protect their sensitive contents well and increase impact by providing plenty of surface area for strong brand communication in flexoprint.
As well as offering strong shopper appeal with maximum recyclability, the solution also supports supply chain efficiency. Packs are machine-erected and transported to Dutch fruit and vegetable growers, where they are filled before despatch to retailers across Europe.
